A positive cheerful attitude is the most important quality we look for. We’re flexible in our approach to training and development, and recognise that we’re all individuals and have strengths in different areas. Everyone has an informal six month induction programme – this gives us the opportunity to identify your skills and find out what you’d like to achieve. We’ll arrange more formal training when we can see where your passions lie.
